I’ve been cycling in various forms for over 40 years, starting with a paper round whilst I was at school and progressing to participating in road and gravel bike events, gran fondos, setting up a cycling club and bikepacking across countries.

For me, cycling represents freedom and exploration – being outdoors, riding at your own pace, and feeling at ease with both yourself and the environment. My cycling journey has taken me to some incredible places in the UK, Europe and Asia with many other places still to be explored.

Ultimate Cycling Adventures was created to share my passion for cycling and travel with others, guiding them to off-the-beaten-path destinations and offering unique experiences they won’t find anywhere else.
